Marital dissatisfaction and the feeling of being disconnected from your spouse can weigh heavily on both your heart and your quality of life. However, I believe that with faith and the use of sound therapeutic tools, healing and restoration are always possible. I want to offer you the opportunity to find relief from struggles that may be limiting the joy and fulfillment in your marriage. I’ve had the privilege of guiding many couples through life’s toughest challenges, helping them rediscover love, friendship, and a more peaceful life with one another. Together, we can work toward rebuilding a marriage that works.

I specialize in marital issues including building trust after betrayal, discovering shared meaning and goals, and "re-getting to know one another." I primarily use the Gottman Method as the framework for my therapy with couples: a practical, data-backed approach focused on rebuilding relationships from the ground up.

Emotional healing is a fundamental part of this therapy. This therapeutic process will assist couples in processing past hurts and traumas including affairs, betrayal, and feelings of abandonment. A Christ-centered approach to the "Atone, Attune, Attach" technique is used.

Effective communication is essential for a healthy relationship. This therapy addresses communication challenges through the practice of expressing fondness and admiration and by using a positive perspective toward your spouse.
